You'll almost always find Louise on Chesterton House Farm right in the middle of Harbury village near Leamington Spa. She admits she hasn't taken a holiday for 15 years and says, "It's so hard for me to take any time off as I'm always thinking about my cows and worrying that they're not getting looked after as they should be. It's important to me that they receive the best possible care and attention to ensure they are producing the best quality milk."

Louise's commitment is obviously in the family genes; the farm was started 52 years ago with five cows her mother received as a wedding present! Today, its 200 acres are home to 120 pedigree Holsteins producing an average of 3,000 litres a day. Needless to say, Louise believes every one of those cows has their own unique personality and she can name each one on sight.
